What are the delivery charges?
If you are from the United Kingdom you have two options, it's either free or you can upgrade to expedited shipping if you are in a hurry.
If you are from Europe Just select your country at the checkout and the shipping will be applied automatically.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We use PayPal and Amazon to process our payments. This means we never see your card details and you probably already have an account.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days please be aware that if you purchase something over the weekend it will be dispatched on Monday.
How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?
PayPal and Amazon process our transactions so your details are very safe. We never collect your card information.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an automated email with a summary of your order with an order number, we will email you again when we have dispatched your items. If you have any questions about your order feel free to email us, please include your order number in the subject of your email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We do not include a shipping receipt with your order to prevent unnecessary waste. You will receive an email with your order details, if you need a hard copy of the receipt please feel free to print your order confirmation email.
How much catnip do I get?
Your catnip comes in 30g packs. Your catnip also comes with a little cotton drawstring bag for you to put it in.
