Delivery

To UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Delivery is free to the UK, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days after you order has been processed. Processing orders can take up to two days but we are usually much quicker, some orders can be dispatched on the same day. If you would like you can upgrade your delivery to 1-2 days by adding expedited shipping at the checkout this will upgrade your postage to Royal Mail First Class.

Europe

We can and do ship our Catnip, Matatabi and Cat Toys to Europe on a regular basis. There is a charge for European postage which is inline with Royal Mail’s current rates. We will ship First Class to Europe as it takes between 3-5 days rather than second class which can take up to two weeks.

The rest of the World

Yes we can deliver to all sorts of places. There is a charge for International postage which is inline with Royal Mail’s current rates. Please check your import laws regarding plant materials. We will not be held responsible if your order is impounded or seized due to violation. Please also note that you will be responsible for any VAT or Duty which is applied. If you would like us to ship our products to you and you live in any of the ‘World Zones’ as per Royal Mail please contact us and we will arrange delivery.
